IERC Board Member Ballot Agreement

By filling out this form you are requesting to be on the ballot for the voting of the new IERC Board Members.  By doing so, you understand that you are not applying for an office or position as these are decided once the new board is assembled.  This application does not guarantee that you will be voted onto the board by the members of the club. However, if you are voted in as a board member you agree to the following:

• You are a current paid member of IERC.

• You understand that this is a voluntary position and in no way will you be compensated for your time or effort.

• You must be willing to be an active board member for 2 years.

• You must be willing to attend monthly board meetings, official club meetings, and ad hoc board meetings.

• You must be willing to attend and participate on Saturday mornings at the club meeting site.

• You are willing to volunteer several hours a week to maintain a board position.

• You understand that any future position you may hold on the IERC Board cannot be or appear to be a conflict of interest in your professional or personal life.

• You must be willing to follow the Bylaws and Vision set in place for IERC.
